it is a billion degrees in my office right now... *sweats*

anywho... had a great weekend. Drove up to Santa Rosa on Friday to see a friend. He cooked me a yummy dinner and then we went to Toys R' Us and I fell in love with a lego set. Slightly childish, but I don't care. They only had the display model so now I have a new item to search for. More details on the friend later. I think he is someone really special, someone who could be really special to me. We can talk for hours comfortably about anything and everything. Don't want to jinx anything, so that's all I'm going to say right now.

Saturday I went to go see Megan in Sacramento. As always it was wonderful. I love my sis so much. She took me too a...Tupperware party. I swear. hehehe... I didn't know people still threw them. It was a total throwback to the 50's. It was worth it purely for the kitch value, all though I was the only person that looked at it that way. everyone else was REALLY excited about the features. I really will never be a typical housewife (if I get married, that is). I just can't see myself getting excited over that kind of stuff. But to each their own.

Sunday I slept most of the day. I was tired from al the driving I did, and then hanging with megan and my 18 month old Nephew. but I did go to a great BBQ in the evening. TONS of wonderful food, and great people. I had a really good time.

All in all a fabulous weekend. Just what I needed. :)

1:47PM - Happy Friday!

I am sick, bored, and hungry.

It is so slow here today. I think I've approved three leases. My strep is a little better. I broke down and went to the Dr.'s last night. The Doctor was actaully really nice. I think I might like being a Kasier patient. The conveyer belt feeling from bored nurses and clerks actually put me at ease. all though, if I ever have to go in for something more serious than strep throat I might change that stance. I can't wait for my medicine to work 100% so I can have a real meal again. Ice cream and top ramen soup is not filling me up. I have been craving scambled eggs and wheat toast lately.

Anyway... Happy weekend!!! I wanna go out and do something really fun. Any ideas?

7:17AM - My Birthday PArties: This weekend!

I'm turning 25 on monday, and EVERYONE has to come out and help me celebrate! :) I'm having two get togethers, everyone is invited to both!

On Saturday (27th)- Let's go to Mountain Charlies, in Los Gatos. It's all about drinking and dancing this night! Get there before 9:30 and there is no cover. Come and buy me a birthday shot!

On Sunday (28th)- We are going to the Brit in Cupertino, anytime after 9:00. After the Crazy night before, this night will be slightly more mellow (riiight, after a couple of drinks, we'll be dancing on table tops). At midnight it's my actual birthday! Don't forget, Monday is a holiday, so no work the next day! :)
